A bright contemporary silkscreen print of a sweet pea flower. This handmade silkscreen print depicts a small, delicate sweet pea shown in simple outline form and blocks of colour. The combination of soft and bright pink with the bright green stem, is set against a blue sky background, all colours separated by a clean white line.

Each print comes from an original pencil sketch, drawn by eye from real flowers from the garden. Prints are made from paper stencils which are cut by hand, and then printed through a silkscreen onto acid-free, Fabriano 5 paper in my studio in Kent, UK.
