This handmade silkscreen print depicts a tall, elegant yellow water Iris in simple outline form and blocks of colour. The beautiful yellow petals and the bright green stem in this Irisi wall art are set against a blue sky background, all colours separated by a clean white line.

Each Iris silkscreen print comes from an original pencil sketch, drawn by eye from real flowers from the garden. Prints are made from paper stencils which are cut by hand, and then printed through the stencil using a silkscreen onto acid-free, Fabriano 5 paper in my studio in Kent, UK.
